The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is the business unit behind the transformation of HRS.de and HOTEL.de, evolving them into much more than just hotel booking platforms. BTC provides individual business travelers and SMEs with exclusive services that redefine the travel experience, enhancing loyalty, driving growth, and ensuring long-term profitability.

By strengthening the brand-customer relationship and unlocking new opportunities through optimized supplier management, BTC plays a key role in HRS’s DACH market strategy. The unit focuses on disrupting the traditional hotel and workplace supply chain, merging e-commerce with a next-generation business travel experience.

POSITION

As a Senior Product Designer, your mission is to shape and innovate BTC’s digital solutions, helping position HRS as a leader in the evolving business travel space.

You’ll craft seamless, user-centric experiences across our platforms (HRS.de, HRS.com, and HOTEL.de), ensuring they are not only functional but intuitive, efficient, and engaging.

You’ll work at the intersection of design, product, engineering, data, and marketing, ensuring that our solutions are both user-focused and aligned with business goals. Through collaboration, experimentation, and continuous feedback, you'll play a key role in shaping the next generation of business travel.

CHALLENGE

• Own the end-to-end user experience, removing friction and optimizing customer journeys across web and mobile.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and marketers to craft and implement innovative solutions.
• Identify and validate customer pain points through research, prototyping, and iterative testing.
• Leverage data and user insights to drive design decisions and continuously improve product performance.
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive, high-performing interfaces that enhance usability and engagement.
• Support growth and marketing teams by ensuring a seamless and compelling experience across all touchpoints.
• Enhance and maintain our proprietary Design System to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms.
  
  

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

• Extensive experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Strong user research and usability testing expertise, with a focus on hypothesis-driven and data-backed design.
• Deep understanding of Figma, including design systems, prototyping, and developer handoff.
• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility to create meaningful solutions.
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, working with data, marketing, product, and engineering teams.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, advocating for design decisions across teams and stakeholders.
• Passion for agile product development and modern discovery & delivery practices.
• Fluent in German and English, verbally and written.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
