About The Match Factory

The Match Factory is a leading global sales and production company representing films by renowned filmmakers such as Aki Kaurismäki, Alice Rohrwacher, Fatih Akin, Karim Ainouz, Christian Petzold and young emerging talents. Match Factory Productions is the executive arm of the company that takes care of the development, financing and production of international co-productions. About The Role

We’re growing our team and looking for a Financial Coordinator to support our administration and finance department. This is a great opportunity to be part of an experienced team in an international film company, where you’ll play a key role in keeping our financial processes running smoothly. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and excited about working in a dynamic film environment, we’d love to hear from you!

You will focus on:

• Assist with ongoing bookkeeping and financial administration
• Act as the interface between the team and external accounting partners
• Review and process incoming and outgoing invoices
• Support accounting with administrative tasks and reporting
• Help implement a new software system as part of a migration project
  
  

What you will bring:

• Enthusiasm for administrative processes and an interest in finance/accounting (experience in this area is a plus!)
• A passion for film, a knack for numbers, and a collaborative mindset
• Confidence using both Mac and PC applications and the ability to learn new tools quickly
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and other office applications
• Proficiency in written and spoken German and English

Compensation Range: €34K - €35K
