Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Delivery Consultant, you will work closely with IBM clients and partners to design, deliver, and optimize IBM Technology solutions that align with your clients' goals. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to ensure world-class delivery while leveraging your consultative skills such as problem-solving issue- / hypothesis-based methodologies, communication, and service orientation skills. Technical Solution Workshops: Conducting and participating in technical solution workshops. Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Degree in a subject-related course of study (or a comparable degree)
• Experience with IT-Operations tools and Service Level Management (SLM)-Systems (e.g. AIOPs)
• Experience with Red Hat Openshift
• Goal-oriented communication skills
• Fluent command of written and spoken German (at least C1) and English
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Experience in IT automation, e.g. Ansible, Terraform or similar
• Experience in IT service & system management
• Experience in the cloud operating environment, e.g. in an SRE role
