Ihre Aufgaben

• Leitung / Koordination eines Teams von Clearance Brokern (Export/Ausfuhr), hauptsächlich in der Spät- und Nachtschicht.
• Beteiligung an der Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Programme
• Identifizierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten bestehender Prozesse und Programme;
• Ergebnisanalyse und Feedback an das Management
• Aufgabenverteilung im Team und Überwachung der Durchführung bzw. Einhaltung der Deadlines
• Durchführung von Präsentationen
• Unterstützung des Managements bei der Identifizierung von Trainingsbedarf, Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten sowie der Durchführung von Trainings
• Erstellen von Schichtplänen
  
  

Ihr Profil

• eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung/ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams
• Erfahrung in der Zollabfertigung
• Teamfähigkeit und eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigenmotivation sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
• sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• sehr gute Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
• ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
• sehr gute Kenntnis der FedEx GTS- bzw. Ops-Systeme erwünscht
• sehr gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office-Paket)
• ausgeprägte Qualitätsorientierung sowie Gründlichkeit
• sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
• sehr gutes Problemlösungsverhalten
