Was du tun wirst:

• Sie unterstützen den Assistant Store Manager bei der täglichen Arbeit in der Filiale in Köln und beraten aktiv unsere Kunden.
• Sie lernen, wie Sie die besten Empfehlungen für unsere Kunden aussprechen und umsetzen können.
• Du berätst unsere Kunden, wie sie mit unseren Produkten den bestmöglichen Schlaf bekommen können.
• Sie führen gemeinsam mit Ihren Kollegen interessante, unterhaltsame und aufschlussreiche Tests durch - so lernen Sie, Dinge gemeinsam noch besser zu machen
• Sie tun alles, um eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit zu erreichen, immer gemeinsam mit dem Kunden und Ihren Kollegen
  
  
  

Wir suchen jemanden, der/die

• Klug und energisch ist und es kaum erwarten kann, gemeinsam große Ziele zu erreichen
• Neugierig ist und neue Dinge lernen möchte
• Sich wirklich dafür interessiert, was ein Kunde sucht und warum
• Sich nicht langweilt und deshalb immer auf der Suche nach neuen Herausforderungen oder Verbesserungen in unserem Geschäft ist
• Ehrlich ist, auch wenn es nicht zu seinen/ihren Gunsten ist
