This is the job

As a Junior IT Support Specialist (f/m/x) at Avenga x Qinshift, you’ll be the go-to person for all technical issues at our Cologne office, supporting both hardware and software. Your daily responsibilities will include assisting colleagues on-site with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Microsoft Office applications. You're familiar with a variety of IT systems and experienced in both analyzing and maintaining them. You’ll also ensure that the local network, office devices, and all technical equipment operate smoothly and reliably.

You consider yourself a social, reliable, and service-minded person who doesn’t mind explaining things more than once. You’ve worked in similar IT support roles and understand the broad range of tasks this kind of position involves. Ideally, you find it genuinely rewarding to help others when they face issues with their laptops, phones, or video conferencing tools. You feel comfortable communicating clearly in both German and English, spoken and written.

Skills:

• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Hands-on experience with IT systems analysis and maintenance
• Familiarity with local networks and office infrastructure
• Bonus: Knowledge of network security is a strong plus
