How You'll Impact.
Drive Strategic Agenda & Leadership Alignment. As Manager Global Business Operations, you will serve as the central driver and orchestrator of how our firm manages its future service offering, global business development by industry, and career platforms for our senior talents across Practice Areas (PAs) and Centers of Excellence (CoEs). This will include to conceptualize, prepare, lead, and facilitate strategic planning, cross-regional initiatives, and leadership meetings for our Practice Areas and Centers of Excellence. As well as drive alignment on goals, priorities, and collaboration models across practices and geographies.
Global Senior Stakeholder Management. You’ll work closely with our Global Practice Area and Center of Excellence Chairs to ensure alignment with our most senior leaders, effective resource management, and seamless collaboration across all regions (EMESA, NAMR, and AP). You will also act as a key link to our knowledge and business services ecosystem, helping scale ideas, talent, and best practices globally.
Ownership of Performance & Process Management. Establish and track business KPIs, support revenue allocation, and provide actionable reporting to support leadership decisions in close collaboration with Finance. Continuously develop structures, roles, and ways of working to ensure operational excellence.
Shape Team Building & Talent Enablement. Build and lead a growing team supporting PA/CoE operations. Foster a strong, collaborative team culture that empowers people and supports their development.
Advance Knowledge & Innovation. Enable transparency and collaboration across topic areas. You will contribute to innovation by supporting the development of our future offering, sharing successful approaches and best practices globally. You will help topic experts to strengthen their presence on internal platforms and initiatives.
What You'll Bring.
You bring 5+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, or cross-functional leadership—ideally within a professional services or knowledge-driven environment.
Your strong strategic and analytical skills are combined with operational mindset and execution focus.
You have proven experience in working with senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed setting.
You demonstrate outstanding communication, leadership and people management skills.
You round off your profile with a hands-on, entrepreneurial, strategic and intercultural mindset—ready to build, lead, and continuously improve.
You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
You thrive in a team, stay grounded, treat others with fairness, and bring authenticity to every interaction.
