Fraud Prevention Manager - #2124235

We are looking for a Fraud Prevention Manager with experiences in the e-commerce industry who can help us maintaining our anti-fraud algorithms and implement a new f raud solution . You will be working in a small , young and friendly international team based in Cologne and Chicago . You apply your analytical, statistical and industry knowledge to contribute to our fraud prevention while making sure that our measures have the least possible impact for our valid customers.

Your Background

• Strong strategic thinking in Fraud solution deployment
• dedication to detail and data scientist background
• Experience in Machine Learning and AI
• A proactive, structured and persevering approach to all tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Interact professionally in a team environment and reporting to stakeholders
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and cover shifts for teammates as necessary
• Eagerness to learn new research, analysis and reporting methodologies
• Positive attitude with the ability to multi-task
• Advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and ideally SQL
• Experience in the anti-fraud vertical of at least 5 years
• Experience with fintech and especially chargebacks is a plus

Your Responsibilities

• Proactively analyze fraud trends, communicate security threats to management, and provide recommendations for loss mitigation as needed
• Tr ain our proprietary machine learning component and d emonstrate sound performance in key metric areas, such as individual approval rates and team service level standards
• Inform management about suspicious activity
• Analyze chargeback Rates of Cleverbridge and its clients and the key influences
• Understand department KPIs and how to monitor them
• Effectively review incoming transactions to prevent fraudulent transactions
• Review, investigate and track suspicious activity through our ecommerce platform
• Deputy Anti-Money Laundering Officer – Supporting the Compliance of Cleverbridge with regards to AML
