Ihre Aufgaben

• Define, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 26262
• Lead the development and execution of quality assurance processes across product development (APQP, PPAP), engineering validation, and pre-series build
• Support cross-functional teams in building mature, audit-ready engineering processes
• Manage internal and external audits (system/process/product), including supplier audits
  
  

Anforderungsprofil

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in quality management within the automotive industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards: IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 26262, ASPICE, etc.
• Proven experience in engineering quality and process development, especially in the context of R&D, prototype builds, and vehicle launch
