We are looking for a Graduate Customer Success Representative to support us in making the digital world safer by guiding customers on how to get the best value from our products and fostering high customer satisfaction.

About The Role

As a Graduate Customer Success Representative, you’ll receive guidance and mentorship from your team lead and buddy. Together, they’ll help you sharpen your Customer Success skills and you’ll learn how to develop and implement engagement strategies as well as how to conduct business conversations, including contract renewals and upsells.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our customers and advise them on the best practices in cybersecurity awareness and how to use SoSafe’s products most effectively in their organization. Additionally you’ll be supporting campaigns to promote security awareness and show the return on investment (ROI) of our products to ensure that our customers are staying with us long-term.

We work in a hybrid mode with three days in the office to foster strong connections within the team and celebrate our wins together!

Your mission:

  • Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships and supporting our clients proactively in reaching their goals
  • Sharing feedback with our product development team on behalf of our customers and ensuring that our clients are up to date with our latest enhancements
  • Navigating commercial processes, including renewal management and identifying up/cross-sell opportunities
  • Turning customers into enthusiastic advocates who are willing to share their success stories
  • Conducting regular business reviews with the customers virtually and onsite

Your profile:

  • You’re a recent graduate or will graduate soon - your enthusiasm and ambition matter more than your area of study
  • You’ve gained first work experience (e.g. internship, working student, student job) in a customer facing role e.g. customer support, sales, hospitality or a similar field
  • You’re a strong networker with excellent communication skills in German and English (both verbal and written)
  • You’re proactive, have a customer-focused mindset and are comfortable working with a diverse group of clients
  • You’re able to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • You’re eager to learn, grow, and develop your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic scale-up environment
