Working Student (m/f/d) HR International

Your Shoes To Fill

• Support our HR International Team in daily operations for the Asia Pacific and MEA India regions, managing administrative tasks, recruitment and employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Contribute to the creation of HR documents such as certificates, contracts, and employment references.
• Independently generate monthly reports to meet deadlines and drive necessary processes.
• Maintain our digital personnel files and master data in Success Factors.
• Engage in special projects as needed, demonstrating responsibility and versatility in task management.
  
  
  

Your Walk Of Life

• Enrolled student in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field of study
• First practical experience in the HR field is advantageous
• Fluent in English with strong negotiation skills
• Ideally, some experience with SAP Success Factors
• Reliable and flexible availability for 16–20 hours per week
