As a Strategic Accounts Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and our clients’ needs. You will work closely with Program Management, Sales, Product Management, R&D, and clients to design and implement VusionGroup solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Strategic Account Directors to understand customer requirements and present the best-fitting solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for potential customers.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine product offerings and enhance user experience.
• Provide technical support during the integration of VusionGroup solution into customers ecosystem
• Manage the implementation project from the lab until the industrialization of the solution, in collaboration with the Program Manager
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to the Customers Projects
• Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams:
• to relay customer needs and suggest product improvements
• To support them during brand new products/features implementation
• Train clients on new technologies and solutions to ensure successful adoption.
• Technical expertise: as a senior position in the PM team, be a technical expert of VusionGroup solutions able to train the team on the new products and be involved into new comer onboarding

Qualifications

Qualifications we’re looking for.

Experience

Successful experience (3 to 5 year) in a similar position Solution Engineer in retail, AI, or Computer vision.

Education

• Engineering degree (Retail or IT specilialization is a plus).

Skills/Abilities

• Self-starter with proven trackrecord.
• Excellent Relations skills ranging from store level to company C-level.
• Background in retail.
• Experience with process improvement and inventory control.
• Able to communicate fluently in English in a business setting (verbal & written)
• Another major language is a plus.
