Leather Technician (m/f/d)

Your Shoes To Fill

• Inspection and approval of incoming materials according to specifications as well as conduction of visual and measurement testing
• Quality control of production leather and communication of adjustments
• Documentation of test results and data entry into the quality database
• Reading technical drawings and quality requirements
• Preparing and forwarding reports to the management team
  
  
  

Your Walk Of Life

• 3+ years as a Leather Technician or in a similar role (5+ years preferred)
• Strong proficiency in blueprint reading, technical drawings, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with SAP QM is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and color matching skills
• Willingness to travel 20–40% and strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluent English skills (German is a plus)
