As a working student Office Management (all genders) in Munich or Cologne, you will support our colleagues at the reception and in the assistance area and gain exciting insights into the internal processes of an IT management consultancy.

• First point of contact: You welcome our guests and ensure a pleasant and inviting atmosphere from the very first moment.
• Hub of daily operations: Phone calls, ad hoc requests, mail – you're the go-to person, bringing structure to the chaos and making sure information gets to the right place at the right time.
• Creative office all-rounder: Whether it's presentations, bookings, invoicing, or onboarding – you lend a hand wherever needed and add your personal touch to the daily office routine.
• Logistics pro with an eye for detail: Courier, taxi, supplies & more? No problem! You keep track of everything and manage operations in the background so things run smoothly up front.
• Event support with organizational talent: From internal meetings to full-scale events – you assist in planning and ensure everything runs like clockwork.
• Responsibility from day one: You independently handle small projects and administrative tasks – structured, reliable, and always with a keen eye for detail.

• You’re currently studying and eager to gain hands-on experience
• You communicate clearly, professionally, and with a friendly tone – both in German and English
• You work with structure, dedication, and common sense – reliable and well-organized
• Multitasking is your strength – even with many tasks, you keep a clear overview
• You’re available two to three days per week – ideally on Fridays – and can support us for at least 15 hours per week
