About The Role

Are you ready to shape the future of AI at Redcare Pharmacy? As AI Engineering Manager, you'll lead a highly motivated team of AI engineers at Redcare Pharmacy, driving innovation across all areas of our business. This role gives you the chance to leave your mark by empowering your team to build smart and scalable AI solutions that directly impact our customers and internal operations at the forefront of AI in both the pharmaceutical and ecommerce landscape.

About Your Tasks

• Lead and mentor a team of talented AI engineers to deliver impactful machine learning and AI products
• Define the vision and roadmap for AI initiatives in collaboration with product and business teams
• Drive the design, development and deployment of scalable AI systems across the company
• Foster innovation and experimentation in your team while ensuring best practices and code quality
• Create a culture of ownership, learning and continuous improvement
• Present your ideas, models, and insights in a way that makes impact across departments.
  
  

About You

• You hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Natural Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field from a reputed technical university in Germany
• You have proven (5+ years) experience leading AI or ML engineering team
• You have strong experience in ML & (Gen) AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) etc.
• You also have experience using various Large Language Model (LLM) APIs – such as those from OpenAI, Google (Gemini) etc, to develop innovative products.
• You enjoy building things from scratch, learning fast, and making a positive impact.
• You're passionate about developing people and scaling technical teams
• You enjoy collaborating across departments and turning complex problems into elegant solutions
