We’re hiring a Senior Sales Executive to lead our growth in the DACH region – someone who thrives on consultative selling and turns curiosity into long-term partnerships.
This is what you do
At Dyflexis, we don’t sell black boxes. We inspire, advise, and guide potential clients to smart, proven WFM solutions that actually move their business forward. As our Senior Sales Executive, you’ll help grow our DACH market share from the ground up – with 5,000+ clients and 200,000 active users as your proof of value.
You’ll join our German-speaking sales team (4 direct teammates) and become a key force in driving growth. Your days will be a mix of outreach, discovery calls, virtual or on-site visits, and demoing tailored solutions. You’ll ask the right questions, capture each client’s unique business requirements, and collaborate with our tech teams to fine-tune what we offer. You’ll help organisations across sectors—from logistics and hospitality to retail and healthcare—find the smarter way to work.
Even after the deal is signed, you stay close. Why? Because long-term impact beats short-term wins. You’ll build lasting, win-win relationships that turn clients into ambassadors. And you’ll do all that in a warm, ambitious, collaborative culture where there’s real room to grow.
This is what you need
- 3+ years of experience in software-related sales.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- A deep understanding of German business culture (and yes, you know your Kulmbacher from your Thüringer).
- Proven track record in consultative selling and building strong partnerships.
- Proactive mindset, love for networking, and open to frequent travel.
