IFRS Tax Accounting Manager (m/w/d)

Your Shoes To Fill

• You provide advisory support to our domestic and international group companies regarding the determination and reporting of current and deferred taxes under IFRS.
• You prepare the required group tax reports and calculate the effective group tax rate.
• With your expertise, you support Group Accounting in preparing the tax disclosures in the consolidated financial statements.
• You continuously optimize the process for determining current and deferred taxes under IFRS and implement necessary improvements in the tax reporting tool.
• You drive the implementation of the tax reporting tool abroad.
• You ensure the implementation and compliance with required SOX requirements.
• You serve as the point of contact for interface functions, group companies, tax reporting tool providers, and auditors.
  
  
  

Your Walk Of Life

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on taxation
• In-depth knowledge of German and international tax law
• Strong expertise in international accounting (IFRS)
• Comprehensive understanding of processes and systems in the field of determining current and deferred taxes under IFRS
• Well-founded experience in a comparable position, ideally in an industrial company
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in SAP and strong MS Office skills are required
• A hands-on mentality, a passion for the fashion industry, and especially for BIRKENSTOCK, complete your profile
