Your mission

• Help maintain and continuously improve internal cost controlling tools and reports
• Support in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for internal stakeholders
• Conduct research, collect data, and prepare presentations or decision memos for management as needed
• Support day-to-day procurement processes, including purchase order tracking, supplier communication, and documentation
• Participate in smaller cross-functional projects and process optimization initiatives across Finance and Procurement
• Take ownership of smaller tasks and work packages, proactively identifying issues and proposing solutions
  
  

Your profile

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, or a related field
• General interest in finance and procurement, with basic knowledge of relevant principles
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated working style
• Fluent in German, strong proficiency in English
