• Pressure Equipment & Plant Engineering: Inspection, testing, and certification services focusing on pressure equipment such as pressure vessels, boilers, tanks, and piping systems.
• Elevators & Conveyor Technology: Inspection, testing, and certification services for elevators, conveyor belts, escalators, cranes, and machinery.
• Electrical & Building Technology: Evaluation, inspection, testing, and certification services for electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

• Wir bieten Ihnen eine umfassende Einarbeitung.
• Sie führen Prüfungen/Abnahmen bei Herstellern von Druckgeräten nach Druckgeräterichtlinie mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Verbundwerkstoffe durch.
• Zu Ihren Tätigkeiten gehört auch die Prüfung statischer Berechnungen von Druckgeräten und Tanks aus Verbundwerkstoffen und die Durchführung unabhängiger Werkstoffprüfungen (Kunststoff).
• Im Bereich der Schweißtechnik verantworten Sie die Prüfung und Zertifizierung von Personal für dauerhafte Verbindungen (Fügepersonal, Schweißer Metall / Kunststoff (DVS/DVGW)) und die Zulassung von Arbeitsverfahren für dauerhafte Verbindungen.
• Sie betreuen unsere Kunden eigenverantwortlich und bemühen sich um die Gewinnung neuer Kunden.
• Die Bereitschaft zur langfristigen Weiterentwicklung zum/zur Auditor*in in den genannten Bereichen ist erwünscht (Auditierung von Druckgeräte- und Werkstoffherstellern sowie Schweißbetriebe)
  
  

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes ingenieurswissenschaftliches Studium im Bereich Werkstofftechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Eine erfolgreich absolvierte Weiterbildung als Schweißfachingenieur ist wünschenswert
• Vertiefte Kenntnisse in zfP-Verfahren. sind wünschenswert
