End User Services Specialist / IT Helpdesk (m/f/d)

(full-time, permanent, location Cologne)

Your Tasks

• 1st and 2nd level technical support for hardware and software - on site or remotely
• Setup, maintenance and error analysis of end devices and peripherals
• Management of user accounts, authorizations and access rights
• Documentation and processing of support tickets in a modern ITSM system (e.g. ServiceNow)
• Collaboration with IT security and infrastructure teams for sustainable problem solving
• Consulting and close coordination with the specialist departments for new hardware and workstation solutions
• Collegial collaboration in the international IT team
  
  

Your Profile

• Completed training or studies in the IT sector or comparable professional experience
• At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a comparable environment
• Ideally certificates such as ITIL, CompTIA+, Microsoft or HDI
• Experience in working with IT service management systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
• Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills
