Aufgaben

• Als Regional Data Protection Officer für Deutschland agieren als "verlängerter Arm" des Corporate Data Protection Officer (w/m/d) und führen Datenschutzaufgaben vor Ort aus.
• Sie setzen globale Datenschutzstandards, -prozesse und -strategien in Ihrer zugewiesenen Region um und überwachen diese. Sie gewährleisten das Management von Datenschutzvorfällen und führen sowohl interne als auch externe Audits durch.
• In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie eng mit anderen Datenschutzbeauftragten zusammen und informieren den Konzern-Datenschutzbeauftragten.
• Sie entwickeln regionale Datenschutz-E-Learnings und fungieren bei Bedarf als Ansprechpartner für Aufsichtsbehörden in Ihrer Region.
  
  

Profil

• Hochschulabschluss in Datenschutz, Informationssicherheit oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld Umfangreiche Kenntnisse der EU-Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) und anderer relevanter Datenschutzbestimmungen
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortung
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, klar und präzise zu berichten
• Erwartet werden fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen innerhalb der zugewiesenen Region
