Overview

Within the organization, the Original Content Product Team is the owner and commercially responsible for the successful gift card family of Gutscheingold Gift Cards in Germany and award winning One4all Gift Card range across Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, The Netherlands and UK. We are driving the expansion of these products to new territories.

Our robust product portfolio of thoughtfully curated gift cards offers consumers choice and the opportunity to gift experiences that cater to the needs and wants of recipients. Our ambition is to become the largest multi-choice gift card brand in the highly competitive EMEA market, which is why we are constantly working on identifying and responding to market opportunities, and we are looking for you!

Responsibilities

As Junior Product Operations Manager (m/f/d) you support the Product Managers across multiple markets with non-core product management tasks such as:

• On-going market and competition analysis
• Creation of KPI reports
• Updating redemption content target lists and following up on progress with account management and business development teams
• Maintaining redemption catalogues and onboarding of new redemption partners
• Updating listings and content on product websites
• Demand planning and stock monitoring in collaboration with the demand planning team
• Briefing design changes to the creative team
• Placing print orders with the product implementation team and tracking successful deliveries
• Print approvals and product testing
  
  

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed your studies in business administration or a related field, ideally with a focus on product management
• You bring practical experience in operational product management or project management
• You enjoy engaging with internal and external stakeholders and confidently use modern communication tools
• You are motivated, proactive, and curious by nature
• You work independently and in a structured, flexible manner, with strong attention to detail, effective time management, an analytical mindset, and the ability to navigate ambiguity
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
• A solid command of MS Office, along with initial experience with Power BI and WordPress, completes your profile
