Junior Analytics & AI Manager (m/f/d)

Your Shoes To Fill

• Data Analytics: Lead the development of Data, Analytics and AI Projects
• Business Requirements: Understand the requirements of the business departments
• Data Collection: Define and collect the necessary data for the project
• Data Management: Managing data integration and preparation processes, ensuring that data is accurately captured, transformed and accessible for analysis
• Analytics & AI: Identify a suitable best in class analytical approach to address the business questions with the available data at hand. Use Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics techniques and AI
• Presentation: Assist in presenting business insights and findings from analytics projects to stakeholders in a digestible format. Use of Story Telling approach
• Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and action items
  
  
  

Your Walk Of Life

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Master degree is a plus.
• Very good understanding of data management and data base structures
• Experience in advanced analytics projects (R, Python)
• Proven track record in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
• First experience with AI and building of AI agents
• Very good communication skills in english, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands and deadlines
