Specialist Talent Acquisition Europe (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition processes across Birkenstock Europe, mainly focused on Retail and Entry Office roles
• Conduct initial and follow-up interviews either via video call, telephone or on site
• Contribute to our European store expansion strategy and meet high volume hiring targets for our summer peak
• Manage and improve the whole Talent Acquisition process for your vacancies and ensure an excellent candidate journey
• Be a point of contact regarding Talent Acquisition for Hiring Managers
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in operational tasks, like scheduling of interviews and ad-hoc requests
  
  
  

Your Experience And Competencies

• You are enthusiastic about working with people and enjoy a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• First relevant professional experience in international Talent Acquisition within the Retail landscape, ideally of an international fashion or lifestyle brand
• Confident and outgoing personality with an engaging and inspiring attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a hands-on mentality and a proactive approach
• Good knowledge in common MS-Office applications and a SAP TA Management-Tool
• Excellent German and English language skills, knowledge of an additional European language is a plus
