Job Scope
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the ATworld project, your primary mission is to generate high-quality appointments and opportunities for the Sales Manager. You will be responsible for identifying leads, researching and qualifying prospects, and initiating first contact via cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach. This role is hands-on and research-heavy — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is eager to learn and grow in B2B sales.
You will be working at the intersection of real estate, hospitality, and future of work solutions, playing a key part in our go-to-market strategy.

Your Responsibilities
- Conduct deep research to build targeted lead lists based on ideal customer profiles.
- Perform lead scrubbing and qualification to ensure high-quality outreach.
- Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Secure and book meetings for the Sales Manager with qualified leads.
- Maintain and manage data in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot or similar).
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and inbound inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to fine-tune outreach and messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends and prospect needs to personalize outreach.
- Attend relevant events or online sessions to generate new leads.
- Report on a regular basis to Team Lead
- Devise new strategies to secure qualified leads
- 2 years of experience in sales development, outbound sales, or lead generation, ideally in SaaS, hospitality, or real estate.
- Highly motivated and resilient — not afraid of cold calling or handling rejection.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail in lead qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident using CRM tools, outreach automation, and LinkedIn for prospecting.
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Based in Germany, with the right to work in the EU.
- Passionate about sales, modern work culture, and innovative workspace solutions.
