Working Student Talent Acquisition Europe (m/f/d)
- Phrasing and posting of target group specific job advertisements
- Support the pre-screening of applications
- Responsibility for candidate communication and coordination of digital and f2f interviews
- Research and analysis of Talent Acquisition trends
- Handling of ad-hoc requests and operational tasks
- You are enrolled at a university, ideally with a focus on Human Resources Management or similar subjects
- Service oriented and well-structured way of working with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge in common MS-Office applications
- Fluent German and English language skills
- You are available for 20 hours/week, ideally split on 4-5 days
