DevOps or SRE Engineer (m/f/d) Smart Building - #2207851

Responsibilities

• Solving technical and conceptual challenges and contributing to the continuous improvement of methods and tools in our quality-driven development within one of our cross-functional Scrum teams
• Setting up and managing the build and operational environment of our new cloud-based solution
• Being a platform engineer by supporting software development in implementing continuous delivery processes and software security
• Continuous monitoring and assessment of CVEs and other threats to our new software platform
• Significant creative freedom in performing the mentioned tasks

Profile

• Completed IT studies or IT training with several years of experience in the development or operation of software solutions using Terraform in Azure or similar
• Experience with Git-based continuous delivery or GitOps
• Very good understanding of cloud and supply chain security
• Extensive experience in container operations with Kubernetes, service mesh technologies, and Helm with a focus on security, elasticity, and availability
• Knowledge in web and app security as well as distributed authentication protocols like OAuth 2.0 / OIDC
• Strong analytical and communication skills as well as team spirit
• Excellent English, both written and spoken
