As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and overseeing the successful execution of marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving commercial targets, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage print and point-of-sale marketing materials for adm's alcohol brands in the German market.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships.
- Understand client objectives and industry dynamics to develop effective strategies that drive business growth.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial brief through to delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Creative, Operations, Logistics) and external partners to meet project objectives.
- Lead sustainability initiatives, achieving key metrics related to environmental impact.
Qualifications
- Off-trade marketing (print/product) and POS experience.
- Proven track record of growing and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and enhancing margins.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and presentation skills.
- Collaborative and open to continuous learning.
- Agile and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
