About The Role

This is your chance to shape the digital future of a leading European e-pharmacy. As an IT Inhouse Consultant, you'll join our IT Organization & Strategic Projects department, working at the intersection of technology and business to drive innovation and efficiency.

You'll collaborate closely with different departments across the company, helping to identify and implement high-impact IT solutions that make a real difference.

About Your Tasks

• Be the go-to advisor for stakeholders across departments, translating complex business needs into smart IT solutions.
• Lead requirement analysis and conceptual design for digital transformation projects.
• Design, evaluate and improve core business processes through data analysis and software evaluations.
• Support and manage IT initiatives by working with internal teams and external service providers.
• Moderate workshops and decision-making sessions to guide stakeholders through complex change.
  
  

About You

• You think abstractly and enjoy the strategic side of consulting.
• You bring at least 5 years of experience in requirements management and process optimization.
• You own your topics with confidence and drive.
• You have a degree in business informatics, industrial engineering with IT focus, or a similar qualification.
• You speak English fluently; German is a big plus.
