You’ll be the trusted advisor and personal guide for a select group of customers, ensuring their experience is nothing short of extraordinary.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for your clients, building strong relationships through calls, emails, and virtual meetings as you lead them through selection, design, ordering, build, and delivery.
• Anticipate needs, personalize every interaction, and exceed expectations for a portfolio of discerning customers.
• Immerse yourself in the latest product and industry knowledge, so you can wow clients with your expertise.
• Build anticipation with every update, turning each milestone into a memorable event.
• Work closely with your team, share insights, and ensure seamless coverage for our international clientele.
• Utilize cutting-edge tech platforms and CRM systems to manage timelines, communications, and customer data with precision.
• Plan, activate, and measure every step to deliver the ultimate in customer satisfaction.
  
  

Qualifications

• Fluency in German & English, (bonus points for French or Spanish!)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in luxury hospitality, retail, or a high-touch customer service role (think automotive, hotels, airlines, travel, or real estate)
• Deep passion for performance vehicles and the ability to talk shop with the most discerning enthusiasts
• Polished communication skills—you’re confident, articulate, and poised with VIPs from every industry
• Impeccable organization & multitasking abilities
• Service-driven mindset with a professional appearance and manner
• Tech-savvy—comfortable with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms
• Based in Cologne, Germany with reliable home WiFi
• Available for occasional in-person training and flexible hours
