For our division Business Developement & Transformation at our location in Köln we are looking for a

Head of Global Master Data Management & Product Projects (m/f/d)

YOUR SHOES TO FlLL

• Oversight, continuous development, and functional management of the Centric PLM system for the Product division
• Optimization and further development of timelines, the seasonal calendar, and the underlying end-to-end processes in the Product area
• Expansion and professionalization of product-related reporting – utilizing tools such as Power BI and SAP BW
• Strategic development and functional leadership of the Global Master Data Management area in close coordination with executive management
• Analysis, structuring, and optimization of master data processes as well as related roles and responsibilities
• Implementation and establishment of standardized master data roles (e.g., Data Owner, Data Steward, Data Administrator) across the entire product lifecycle
• Preparation, selection, and implementation of a suitable MDM software solution to support efficient data maintenance and governance
• Management and active participation in cross-functional transformation projects (e.g., SAP rollouts, production shifts, plant expansions)
• International team leadership (6 team members), including goal setting, development discussions, and capacity planning
  
  
  

Your Walk Of Life

• Completed degree in a business-related or IT-related field, with initial experience in a comparable role
• Sound knowledge of MDM tools, SAP (S/4HANA), MS Office, and experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, SAP BW, etc.
• Familiarity with process mapping methodologies and relevant tools
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and convincingly
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on mentality and a strong focus on execution
• Confident in delivering presentations – clear in your message, professional in your demeanor, and skilled in engaging with diverse stakeholders
