As part of our Commercial & Contract Management Team, you will take the lead on a strategically significant Global Multitower Account for the Capgemini Group. You will hold end-to-end responsibility for ensuring the seamless and effective execution of this unique contract. Beyond operational excellence, you will proactively shape and evolve the contract to unlock substantial new business opportunities.

Your role
As part of our Commercial & Contract Management Team, you will take the lead on a strategically significant Global Multitower Account for the Capgemini Group. You will hold end-to-end responsibility for ensuring the seamless and effective execution of this unique contract. Beyond operational excellence, you will proactively shape and evolve the contract to unlock substantial new business opportunities.
- Lead the Commercial & Contract Management (CCM) function for a global multi-tower IT services contract, including oversight of a geographically distributed team.
- Drive commercial strategy and negotiations, representing Capgemini in high-stakes discussions with client and third parties.
- Assess and manage commercial risks during contract negotiations and throughout the contract lifecycle, providing strategic guidance to delivery teams.
- Develop and implement innovative commercial solutions that align the interests of Capgemini, the client and subcontractors.
- Ensure contractual compliance and governance, including change management, subcontractor oversight, and coordination with legal experts.
- Proven leadership and negotiation expertise, with experience leading teams and confidently managing complex commercial discussions.
- Strong commercial acumen and legal understanding, particularly in the context of outsourcing contracts and service level agreements.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and collaborate across internal teams, client and subcontractors.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, capable of interpreting complex contracts and financial data while maintaining a strategic overview.
- Creative and pragmatic problem-solver, able to develop innovative solutions and support bid/sales processes effectively.
- Fluent in English (C1 or above), as required for international contract negotiations and business communication.
