At GENUINE, we don’t just watch the FYP; we own it. Based in the heart of Cologne, we are a high-growth TikTok Shop agency helping brands dominate the live-shopping era. We are growing fast, and we need our first HR Generalist to help us build a world-class team that can move as fast as the algorithm.

The Role

This isn't a "sit behind a desk" HR role. You will be the architect of the GENUINE team. Your mission is to manage a dual-track recruiting strategy: finding elite International & German professionals for our core operations, and scouting high-energy Live Hosts who can captivate an audience in real-time.

What You’ll Do

• Ops & Strategy: Sourcing German and International talent for Account Management, Strategy, and Ops.
• The Talent: Sourcing and "casting" our Live Hosts. You’ll identify the charismatic personalities who will become the face of our partner brands.
• The Foundation: Manage the "German Essentials"—employment contracts, health insurance registrations, and local labor law compliance.
• Cologne Office Hub: Act as the point of contact for our Cologne team, ensuring our office culture is authentic, high-energy, and inclusive.
• People Ops: Implement our first HR tech stack (ATS/HRIS) to move us away from spreadsheets and into a scalable, automated future.
• Onboarding: Create a seamless experience for new hires so they can hit the ground running and keep up with the speed of TikTok from Day 1.

Who You Are

• Experienced: 2–4 years in HR or Recruitment, ideally within a digital agency, startup, or media environment.
• Bilingual: Fluent English and German are essential. You’ll handle German contracts and communicate with our international team daily.
• A "Caster" Mindset: You understand that hiring a Live Host is about energy and "vibe" just as much as a CV.
• Adaptable: You prefer "done" over "perfectly bureaucratic." You don't wait for a manual; you write it.
• Tech-Native: You’re comfortable with Slack, Notion, and modern HR tools.
