In this role, you will be the strategic pulse of our most prestigious global accounts, acting as the primary link between world-class brand heritage and the high-velocity TikTok ecosystem. Your Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Ownership: Lead the roadmap for a premier global brand on TikTok Shop. You are responsible for the account strategy, pricing alignment, and maintaining a healthy P&L for their Spanish presence.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central point of contact for the brand’s TikTok Shop-Team, ensuring reliable communication and aligning their international vision with local market execution.
• Content & Live Coordination: Oversee the planning and quality control of short-form video and livestream formats, ensuring they meet the brand’s high standards while performing within the platform’s algorithm.
• TikTok Platform Partnership: Maintain a professional, close collaboration with TikTok Shop representatives to stay ahead of platform updates, troubleshoot challenges, and implement best practices for your client.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor key account metrics and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that support the client’s growth and brand goals.

Your Profile

• Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in E-commerce, Account Management, or Digital Marketing. You’ve successfully managed brands or projects in a digital sales environment.
• Linguistic Mastery: Native-level Spanish (C2) and professional fluency in English OR German are essential for navigating both local and global stakeholder needs.
• Content Intuition: A solid understanding of what makes high-quality video and live shopping content, specifically for a premium brand audience.
• Organized & Analytical: Strong business acumen with a structured approach to managing budgets, timelines, and account performance.
• Location: Based in or relocating to Cologne.
