This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for automobiles and are enthusiastic about providing top-tier customer support to German-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in German
• Assist customers with order processing, troubleshooting, and warranty information
• Provide accurate and timely information about products, availability, and service options
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate records
• Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and technical support to resolve customer issues
• Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to deliver knowledgeable assistance
  
  

Requirements

• Exceptional in German (both written and spoken) is essential
• A minimum proficiency of B2 in English is required
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude
• Ability to efficiently handle multiple inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Good organizational skills and proficiency in using CRM systems and related software
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
