Our Client


is an internationally renowned agency that exclusively represents prestigious top-tier wineries and collaborates with leading German and Austrian specialty retailers and wholesalers. To expand our team in Cologne, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• 
  You will be responsible for independently processing orders in German and English
  
• 
  You will be the main point of contact in the office for clients and internal inquiries
  
• 
  You will assist with seasonal projects and campaigns, as well as with trade show preparation and follow-up
  
• 
  You will maintain product, supplier, and master data in the ERP system and generate analyses and reports
  
• 
  You will maintain an overview of inventory and warehouse planning and coordinate with customer service and international wineries
  

Our Requirements

• 
  You have completed a business administration program and have already gained professional experience in internal sales or administrative work
  
• 
  You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and can quickly familiarize yourself with an ERP system
  
• 
  You have good written and spoken English skills
  
• 
  You work in a structured, independent, and meticulous manner; possess strong communication skills and are a team player
  
•
