Manager Compensation & Benefits (Full-time / Part-time possible) - #2633544

On behalf of a globally successful company headquartered in Cologne, we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager who combines strong analytical capabilities with strategic foresight and is eager to actively shape the future of global reward structures.

Your Mission

In this role, you will help design the compensation landscape of tomorrow- transparent, fair, and future-oriented. As part of an international HR team, you will bring your expertise into the development and implementation of innovative compensation strategies, ensuring that the organization remains a benchmark in Total Rewards.

You will play a key role in shaping modern and competitive reward structures that balance fairness, transparency, and market competitiveness. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will partner closely with HR Business Partners and senior leaders, providing expert guidance on all compensation-related topics.

Your Profile

Must-Haves

• Proven experience in a dedicated Compensation & Benefits role or in consulting with a strong focus on reward topics
• Solid expertise in: Compensation structure design, Market benchmarking & compensation analytics, Bonus and incentive design
• Strong analytical mindset combined with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Pay Transparency and Pay Equity initiatives
• Knowledge of Job Architecture and compensation philosophy design
• Familiarity with Compensation tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Mercer, Radford, etc.
• Understanding of equity-based compensation models (e.g., stock options, RSUs)
