Customer Operations Specialist (m/w/d) - #2640572
Manometric
Welcome to the new reality of care
Not too long ago, a man walked into our office with a guitar under his arm. He had written a song for Manometric - and for the first time in three years, he could play again. All thanks to a small, perfectly fitting hand brace.
That’s what we build. At Manometric, we design and produce custom orthoses using proprietary 3D scanning, smart software and scalable production - working directly with hospitals and clinics across the Netherlands and expanding into Germany. As we continue to grow in Germany, we’re looking for a German-speaking Customer Operations Specialist. Whether you join us temporarily as a freelancer or become part of the team longer term, you’ll make a big impact: make sure our customers, healthcare professionals and internal teams can rely on a smooth and scalable operation.
Make meaningful change in healthcare
For many clients, you are their first Manometric experience. You create trust from day one through clear communication, a proactive mindset and genuine care. From scheduling appointments and supporting healthcare professionals to helping clients navigate questions and challenges, you make sure everything runs smoothly. Behind the scenes, you keep the operation running. You process claims with German health insurers, improve administrative processes and bring structure where needed. As we continue to grow in Germany, you will play a key role in building and shaping our Cologne office, working closely with teams in both Germany and the Netherlands.
This is more than a support role. We are looking for someone who spots opportunities, takes ownership and helps us build the fastest-growing Sanitätshaus in Germany.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a proactive German-speaking Customer Operations Specialist to help us scale our operations in Germany. Whether you join us as a freelancer until September or are looking for a longer-term opportunity, we are open to both. You can work from our office in Cologne, from our headquarters in the Netherlands (Leidschendam), or in a hybrid setup with part of the week working remotely from home. To be successful in this role, we believe the following qualities are important:
- You always have an eye for the needs of clients and healthcare professionals and know how to positively surprise them.
- You have experience with customer contact, operations or administrative processes. Experience within healthcare, a Sanitätshaus or a similar environment is a plus.
- You are highly organised, enjoy bringing structure to complexity and can keep control in a dynamic environment.
- You take ownership, spot opportunities for improvement and enjoy helping to build and scale a growing operation.
- You speak and write fluent German and English.
What we offer
We believe that the opportunity to transform the client experience in healthcare is already exciting in itself. But of course, we offer more:
- A competitive salary between €3000 - €4000 gross per month, depending on experience.
- 25 vacation days and a solid pension scheme of 10%.
- Flexible hours between 24 and 40 with the possibility to work from home.
- Plenty of room for personal growth, supported by dedicated 1-on-1 coaching.
- A fast-growing company with direct impact on thousands of lives.
- A multidisciplinary team of designers, hardware engineers and software developers.
- A modern workplace in our growing Cologne office, or at our headquarters in Leidschendam, where our patients, operations and multidisciplinary teams come together every day.
