Your mission

• Assessing development potential and optimising large-scale construction projects
• Conceptualisation and implementation of property projects and neighbourhood developments
• Responsibility for the coordination, optimisation, management and execution of construction projects
• Representing the client in dealings with contractors, designers, public authorities and neighbours
• Managing project partners and contractors
• Proactive decision-making to ensure the smooth running of the project
• Controlling and reporting
• Transition of projects into the operational phase, marketing and portfolio management
  
  

Your profile

• A degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
• Extensive professional experience in a similar role
• Very good knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB and VgV, as well as good proficiency in using MS Project and MS Office
• Experience in neighbourhood development projects that have already been implemented would be an advantage
• A confident, articulate and engaging manner
• An entrepreneurial mindset and approach, as well as organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
• An independent, conscientious and structured approach to work
