From our Selection division, we are currently looking for an Optician to join a premium optical retail brand in Cologne, recognized internationally for combining innovation, design, and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional optical advice tailored to each customer’s visual needs and lifestyle.
• Perform vision pre-tests and support customers throughout the consultation process.
• Advise clients on frames, lenses, coatings, and customized optical solutions.
• Carry out frame adjustments, fittings, and after-sales service.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer care and brand experience.
• Support stock management, merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Collaborate closely with the store team to achieve commercial objectives.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Certified Optician qualification or equivalent professional training.
• Previous experience in optics, eyewear, or optical retail environments.
• Strong product knowledge in lenses, frames, and visual solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial mindset with passion for customer service.
• Fluent German required; English is highly valued.
