Business Development Manager Refurbished Products (m/f/d) - #2709904

Your role

As Business Development Manager Refurbished Products, you are responsible for driving the global development and sustainable growth of refurbished service products within the Vacuum Technique Service (VTS) organization.

You act as the global business owner for the refurbished portfolio and play a key role in translating strategy into scalable business solutions across regions.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Owning and steering the refurbished products business from a global perspective, with focus on profitability, pricing models, and governance
• Developing and continuously refining global market, customer, and portfolio strategies based on structured market and customer analysis
• Defining and strengthening a clear value proposition for refurbished products aligned with customer expectations and VTS brand standards
• Driving portfolio and product development priorities in close collaboration with Product Development and other key stakeholders
• Ensuring efficient end‑to‑end business processes across buyback, refurbishment, logistics, and sales
• Enabling and aligning global and regional sales organizations through training, tools, and change management initiatives
• Acting as a key interface between global strategy and regional execution, working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Customer Centers
  
  

To succeed, you will need

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar
• Strong experience in business development, sales, or marketing in a technical B2B environment
• Proven ability to drive global, cross‑functional topics
• Strong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on sustainable growth
