How You'll Impact.

Reporting and analysis. You support the preparation of our monthly management reporting and ad-hoc analyses, ensuring a reliable and transparent data basis. Using existing and new reporting tools and dashboards, you analyze KPIs, identify deviations and trends, and prepare the results for their respective audience.

Planning and forecasting. You actively contribute to our corporate planning as well as the preparation of scenarios and forecasts. You support the preparation and consolidation of planning data, analyze plan-versus-actual deviations, and help make relevant developments and areas for action visible early on.

HR controlling. Since the success of a consultancy depends significantly on its people, HR controlling is another focus area of your role. You prepare HR-relevant reports, support the HR team in applying and analyzing these HR KPIs, and contribute to the further development of our HR controlling tools.

Stakeholders and continuous improvement. You work closely with Finance, HR, and other stakeholders, developing into a reliable business partner for controlling-related topics, and you help standardize and further automate our Corporate Controlling processes.

What You'll Bring.

You have gained up to two years of experience in a controlling, finance, or reporting role, through a full-time position, internships or working student positions, and bring strong analytical skills straight from your Bachelor's or Master's degree. Experience in a professional services or consulting environment is a plus.

You are confident working with Excel and enjoy building and maintaining dashboards and data models; experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, or Power BI is a plus.

You have a structured, analytical way of working and enjoy digging into numbers to spot trends and deviations.

You communicate confidently with different stakeholders across the organization and enjoy developing into a reliable business partner for controlling-related topics.

You bring curiosity and a continuous-improvement mindset, always looking for ways to standardize and further automate reporting processes.
