We are looking for a Committee & Group Coordinator (m/f/d) working 39h/week to start immediately.

What you will do:

• Assist the members of the Technical Advisory Committees (TAC) and Technical Working groups (TWGs) in their participation in the consultation bodies and coordinate communication with internal stakeholders
• Coordinate and oversee the organisation of physical and online committee and working group meetings
• Ensure compliance with the Terms of Reference and procedures for committees and working groups

What we are looking for:

• Vocational training in a job-relevant field
• Min. 2 years of experience in a project coordination role
• Solid project management skills
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
• Proficient in English (C1 level)
