As a Part-Time Conference & Events Billing Coordinator (m/f/d) , you’re not just supporting timely and accurate billing and payment collections – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Manage prepayment billing: Raise prepayment invoices and track deposit payments for upcoming Groups, Meetings & Events
  • Review and issue invoices: Review daily GC&E charges and prepare accurate and timely Groups, Meetings & Events invoices
  • Coordinate supplier and intercompany billing: Manage supplier onboarding requests, validate commission invoices, and coordinate cross-charging activities between Hilton properties
  • Resolve billing queries: Respond to client enquiries, investigate account discrepancies, and provide timely solutions to billing-related issues
  • Collaborate on outstanding balances: Work closely with the HAFS team, providing clear and timely information on outstanding balances to support effective follow-up

Please note that this is a part-time position, with regular working days from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

What It Takes to Make the Stay

  • Previous finance experience in a comparable hotel environment, ideally with significant banqueting and events operations
  • Ideally, completed vocational training in the hotel or hospitality industry or a degree in hospitality management
  • Fluency in German and English is essential; additional languages are a plus
  • A strong aptitude for numbers and a good understanding of financial processes
  • A reliable and professional approach, with the ability to work independently and communicate confidently with others
  • Ability to quickly adapt to and become familiar with new processes and ways of working
  • Valid authorization to live and work in Germany
