At RIMOWA, we want every digital interaction to reflect the care clients expect from our brand. As a working student, you will support our EMEA E-Commerce & Client Services teams with day-to-day operations, performance analysis and initiatives that improve the client experience. You will work with colleagues across E-commerce, CRM, Retail and Client Services, gaining a practical view of how these teams work together.

Job Responsibilities

• Help prepare weekly sales and client experience reports, check data quality and highlight trends or questions for the team.
• Support product launches and campaigns by checking product information, website content and the online shopping journey across EMEA markets.
• Test new website features and processes, document issues clearly and follow up with the relevant teams.
• Assist with e-commerce operations, such as tracking order issues and helping colleagues investigate individual cases.
• Support client experience and CRM initiatives by preparing analyses, coordinating outreach lists and tracking results.
• Research e-commerce, omnichannel and client service practices and share useful ideas with the team.
• Help coordinate smaller projects and keep documentation, timelines and follow-ups organised.
  
  

Profile

• You are enrolled in a degree programme, ideally in business, marketing, digital commerce or a related field.
• Fluent in English and German; another European language is a plus.
• You are comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint and enjoy working with data. Experience with analytics, CRM or e-commerce tools is welcome, but not required.
• You work carefully, ask questions when something is unclear and follow through on your tasks.
• You enjoy collaborating with different teams and are interested in how digital commerce and client service shape the experience of a premium brand.
• First experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or e-commerce is a plus.
