Right now, we’re looking for a German-speaking Content Marketing Manager in Cologne to own our DACH content.

This is what you’ll do

You own German content marketing at Dyflexis, from idea to published piece. Everything we publish for the DACH market goes through you before our Head of Marketing gives final sign-off.

• Own the German content strategy and write the blogs, e-books, white papers, website copy and social posts that bring new leads in.
• Plan the German content calendar together with our content team in The Hague, so all markets move in the same direction.
• Check what’s working with SEO traffic and ranking reports and approve GEO fixes, so Dyflexis shows up in AI search too.
• Give our German sales team what they need to close deals: campaign copy, landing pages, emails, decks and one-pagers.
• Run the German side of the CMS, from structure to publishing.
• Work with our designers to pair your words with strong visuals and keep an eye on what German competitors are doing.
• Ensure that our events and exhibitions are well positioned and branded with relevant copy.

This is what you’ll need

• Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
• 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or another complex, operational industry.
• Strong writing and editing skills. You write without AI doing the work for you.
• You can turn complex, technical topics into content that’s engaging, brand, and converts.
• Experience owning a content calendar or production pipeline.
• Comfortable in HubSpot, Framer, SEMrush, Monday and Salesforce, or confident you’ll pick them up fast.
• Experience with website migrations and information architecture is a plus.
• Bonus points for event-related experience.
