Tasks

  • You will support the Corporate Sales & Program Management team in the area of B2B Communication & Programs
  • You will help with the creation and preparation of presentations and sales/communication materials
  • You will coordinate and maintain content for the various communication channels
  • You will assist with the implementation of marketing plans
  • You will help prepare B2B events
  • You will work in a customer-focused manner and assist with processing inquiries from B2B customers
  • You will manage our B2B platforms by overseeing our service providers, conducting tests, and processing requests
  • You will handle administrative and organizational tasks, such as preparing reports and organizing flight vouchers, giveaways, and promotional materials

Requirements

  • You are a registered student (at least in your third semester), ideally in the field of marketing, communication, and media studies or a comparable degree program
  • Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience through internships or part-time student jobs
  • You have strong communication skills, are confident in writing and giving presentations, and have a good sense of target audiences
  • You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner and can maintain a clear overview even when juggling multiple tasks
  • You are interested in marketing and sales as well as the aviation industry
  • You speak business-level German (at least B2) & have a good command of English
  • Be empowered – you work independently, contribute ideas, and never lose your cool or your sense of humor, even during hectic times!
