In this role, you’ll be part of our global Employer Branding team, working at the heart of Talent Acquisition to shape and communicate what makes Inverto a truly unique place to work. We’re looking to fill the position by February 2027.

How You'll Impact.

Manage our Instagram presence. You’ll take the lead on managing our Instagram channel – from content scheduling and posting to monitoring performance and engagement. You will bring a data-driven approach to support decision-making and shape how we show up externally.

Coordinate content planning. You’ll support the planning and alignment of our social media content, ensuring everything runs smoothly and stays brand-compliant. You’ll also manage upcoming events and their promotion across our channels.

Contribute creatively. You’ll help develop engaging content by contributing ideas, drafting copy, and supporting storytelling initiatives. You’ll bring new ideas and external insights to brainstorms and help keep our content pipeline active.

Support strategic initiatives. You’ll be involved in a variety of employer branding projects – from preparing presentations and tracking insights to helping turn strategy into impactful actions across platforms.

What You'll Bring.

You’re a student in an advanced semester or currently in your gap year between a bachelor’s and master’s degree – preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

You have experience managing social media content and a genuine passion for content creation and storytelling, experience with design or editing tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.

You’re creative, adaptable, and not afraid to try new things.

You feel confident working in a diverse, international team. Fluency in English is required (German is a plus).

You are available for at least six months.
