We are looking for a Senior PEGA Lead Business Architect (LBA) to join our growing European team. In this key role, you will lead enterprise process modeling, direct business architecture, and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical architecture teams (System Architects) to deliver scalable, high-performance Pega solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead business architecture, enterprise process modeling, and requirements elaboration on Pega platforms.

Analyze and optimize complex business processes for systems integrating with SharePoint, SAP, SAML/OAuth2, and open standards (REST/JSON).

Drive design and execution leveraging Constellation and UI Kit design systems and frameworks.

Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements, collaborating closely with System Architects and key stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a PEGA Lead Business Architect.

Certification: Official Pega Certified Lead Business Architect (PCBA/CLBA) qualification is required.

Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with Constellation and UI Kit design systems.

Integrations: Practical background analyzing systems integrated with SharePoint, SAP, SAML/OAuth2, and REST/JSON APIs.

Languages: Excellent command of English (C1 level minimum).

Mobility: Willingness to travel to Cologne (Germany) around 20 days per year.
