As Senior Manager Accounts Payable, you will take ownership of a core finance function at Redcare, ensuring efficient, scalable, and high-quality AP operations across a complex, high volume environment. You will lead and develop a large team, bring structure to a growing organization, and drive improvements in processes, systems, and ways of working. This is a highly visible role with strong cross-functional exposure, giving you the opportunity to shape how AP operates at scale.

Требования:

6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, including leadership responsibility in larger or complex setups

Strong people leader with the ability to structure teams, develop talent, and drive accountability

Hands‑on mindset with a strong eye for detail and the ability to dive deep into operations

Experience with ERP systems and automation, combined with a process improvement mindset

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment; German is a plus
